Shipping
- Art n Soul Design ships via USPS First Class as our standard method of shipment
- For in-stock items, please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order before it ships out
- Custom orders may take up to a week to complete, based on consultation, design, proofing, and acceptance
- Transit times are typically 3-5 days
- Currently we only ship within the 48 contiguous states
- If you would like to expedite your order, please contact us for a shipping quote
Returns & Exchanges
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, PLEASE contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery and if the product is in its original condition (if possible, please return the item in its original package)
- Custom orders are not refundable
- Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs
Damaged Shipments
- Art n Soul Design is not responsible for items damaged in shipping.
- If possible, packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
